Melodie is our dedicated practice manager who gives her all to meet the needs of every client. With firsthand understanding of disability, she is passionate about supporting families and advocates with empathy. 

She is deeply client-focused, upholding the ethical values of our company and encouraging both our team and the families we serve. She’s also adept at navigating the NDIS. Beyond work, she’s managed several businesses, bringing entrepreneurial insight. 

In her free time, she loves singing, walking her dog, and serves as a worship leader at her church, inspiring others through encouragement.
