Speech Pathology / therapy

At Speaking Therapy, we believe that everyone deserves the ability to connect, express themselves, and be understood. Our Speech Pathology services support individuals of all ages—especially young children—who experience challenges with communication, speech, language, and social interaction.

We specialise in early intervention and use a play-based therapy approach that helps children feel safe, engaged, and motivated to communicate. Play is how children learn best—and we use it as a foundation to build meaningful communication skills.

Through fun, child-led and evidence-based sessions, we support children to:

  • Develop clear speech and articulation

  • Build expressive and receptive language

  • Improve social communication and interaction

  • Use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) when needed

  • Grow confidence in their ability to communicate in everyday situations

Whether your child is just beginning to speak, has difficulty being understood, or uses few or no words, we meet them where they are—supporting their growth through connection, play, and curiosity.

We also collaborate with families, educators, and other therapists to ensure consistent and holistic support across all settings.

Let’s give your child the tools to find their voice and thrive—through play.
